Top 10 Louisiana high school baseball players in Class of 2025
7. Andrew Ferguson, RHP, West Monroe
Ferguson is one of multiple players on this list who have done nothing but win throughout their prep careers as he has helped lead West Monroe to a pair of state titles. His return alongside that of Tyler Roark, Garrett Frye and others could give the Rebels a shot at making it three championships in four years this spring. Through the first three years of his high school career, Ferguson owns a highly impressive 28-4 record on the mound with a 1.61 ERA. He boosted those numbers during a strong junior season where he went 9-2 with a 1.35 ERA. The 6-foot-1, 175-pound righthander also struck out 77 hitters across 67 innings pitched while holding opponents to a .147 batting average. Ferguson has an impressive arm and a bright future as he soon heads off to the collegiate level at Louisiana Tech.
