Germaine Pratt requests trade: 5 landing spots for Bengals LB
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Buccaneers won the NFC South in 2024 and nearly knocked off a talented Washington Commanders squad in the playoffs. While perhaps still a couple of pieces away from competing in the deep NFC, Tampa Bay may enter the conversation with some notable offseason moves, and making a deal for Pratt could be one of them. While the Bucs’ biggest issue in 2024 defensively came against the pass, they will likely need to make an addition or two up front and at linebacker with several players hitting free agency like Anthony Nelson, Greg Gaines, Joe Tryon-Shoyinka and William Gholston. Inside linebackers Lavonte David and K.J. Britt are also free agents. While it would likely take draft capital to acquire Pratt, he could prove to be an affordable replacement for David in particular who thrives in Todd Bowles’ defense.
