Khalil Mack’s free agency: 5 landing spots for future HOF LB

The Eagles won Super Bowl LIX in dominant fashion thanks to an impressive performance from their defense. One of the biggest contributors was Josh Sweat who had 2 ½ sacks and six tackles in Philadelphia’s victory. However, the Eagles may lose Sweat this offseason in free agency and could look to replace him with a veteran option like Mack. Philadelphia’s championship window remains wide open heading into 2025, perhaps making this one of the most attractive destinations for the veteran pass rusher. The Eagles ranked No. 1 in the league in yards allowed and second in points allowed in 2024 as part of a resurgence under Vic Fangio. Fangio was Mack’s defensive coordinator in Chicago in 2018 and would effectively utilize the 33-year-old alongside Philly’s other defensive stars.
