DURHAM, N.C. (BVM) – The tallest players in the 2025 men’s college basketball NCAA Tournament are equipped to bring talent that towers over the competition.
Here are the tallest men’s college basketball players entering the tournament. Note that athletes who are injured or have not played this season have been excluded, as they are unlikely to play significant roles in March Madness.
Aday Mara, UCLA Bruins
At 7-foot-3, UCLA Bruins center Aday Mara is the tallest player poised to make an impact during March Madness.
Mara’s increased playing time has been pivotal in UCLA’s recent success; the Bruins boast a 9-0 record in games where he’s played at least 15 minutes. He’s averaging 6.3 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.5 blocks while maintaining a field goal percentage of 60%.

Khaman Maluach, Duke Blue Devils

He grabs 8.3 points, 6.8 rebounds and 1.2 blocks per contest while shooting an efficient 69.3% from the field. Maluach is a big asset for the No. 1-seeded Blue Devils in their quest for the championship.

Hunter Dickinson, Kansas Jayhawks
The 7-foot-2 fifth-year senior is making the most of his final season, leading the team with an average of 17.6 points and 10 rebounds as he heads into the NCAA Tournament. The 24-year-old has never reached the Final Four and has one last opportunity to reach new heights.

Zvonimir Ivisic, Arkansas Razorbacks
The 7-foot-2 forward has been a defensive powerhouse this season, ranking in the top 25 nationally with average blocks (2.03) and total blocks (65).

John Bol, Ole Miss Rebels
The 7-foot-2, 210-pound forward has made 17 appearances in his debut season, averaging 1.1 points, 0.9 rebounds and 0.3 blocks while shooting an efficient 66.7% from the field. Despite limited playing time, head coach Chris Beard has noted that his future potential is clear.

Christian Reeves, Clemson Tigers
Reeves is another 7-foot-2 big man with limited minutes entering the NCAA Tournament. In his 28 appearances, he’s averaged 1.3 points, 1.5 rebounds and 0.3 blocks.
