Magoon Gwath transferring: 5 landing spots for 7-foot defensive POY

Texas will begin a new era under veteran head coach Sean Miller after letting Rodney Terry go following a relatively disappointing 19-16 season. Miller will likely have to reshape his roster through the transfer portal in year one in Austin, and the Longhorns were going to need to add frontcourt depth regardless, with Arthur Kaluma, Kadin Shedrick, Jayson Kent and Ze’Rik Onyema all in their senior seasons in 2024-25. Miller could also get some of his players from Xavier to follow him, but Gwath would be a high-upside addition who could thrive back in his home state.
