6. Greg Jenkins, Martin’s Mill Mustangs  

Jenkins’ $80,850 salary was 69% higher than the average within Martin’s Mill Independent School District. He’s also the athletic director. 

Jenkins led the 2024-25 Mustangs boys basketball team to a remarkable 36-1 record. The season culminated in their first state championship in 76 years with a win in the UIL Class 2A D-II title game.
