Ranking the 10 greatest Cincinnati Bengals of all time
8. A.J. Green, WR (2011-20)
Green’s tenure in Cincinnati ended on a sour note in large part due to injuries, but it’s hard to ignore what he accomplished throughout his career. Green, the fourth overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft out of Georgia, quickly lived up to the hype, becoming a Pro Bowl selection in his first pro season. Green made the Pro Bowl in the following six seasons, and posted 1,000 yards receiving in six of his first seven pro campaigns. Overall, Green caught 649 passes for 9,430 yards and 65 touchdowns while in Cincinnati, with each stat ranking second in franchise history. The two-time All-Pro finished his career with a couple of seasons with the Arizona Cardinals, but he will long be remembered as an elite seam stretcher during a successful era in Cincy.
