Ranking the 10 greatest Cincinnati Bengals of all time
7. Corey Dillon, RB (1997-2003)
Dillon didn’t necessarily play during a golden era of Bengals football, but he was a true bright spot for some teams that largely struggled in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Before eventually going on to win a Super Bowl title with the New England Patriots, Dillon was a three-time Pro Bowl selection in Cincinnati who was inducted into the team’s ring of honor in 2024. Dillon had 1,000-yard rushing seasons in his first six years in a Bengals uniform, and his 8,061 rushing yards overall in his Cincinnati career still lead the franchise by a wide margin. The talented running back averaged 4.3 yards per carry and 75.3 rushing yards per game, and also proved to be a viable receiving back during his time in the NFL, racking up 1,482 receiving yards and 50 total touchdowns across seven seasons in Cincy.
