Though his high school career has been shortened due to an ACL injury and IHSAA transfer rules, Elmore is one of the top football prospects in the state and is rated as a three-star recruit by 247Sports. The former Jennings County Panther played quarterback during his freshman and sophomore years before transferring to the Bull Dogs, where he’ll play his senior season. Elmore committed to the Indiana Hoosiers over offers from Illinois State and Kent State.
