Haas-Black selected as Lion Pride Female Newcomer of the Year

FORT SMITH, Ark. – Women's golfer Catherine Haas-Black has been selected as the Lion Pride Award winner for Female Newcomer of the Year. In 21 rounds this season, Haas-Black had a 77.7 scoring average and tallied three top-10 finishes. She finished 10th at the NSU Invitational with a 149 (+7) as the Lions placed second and then helped the Lions win the Jewel Invitational.
