Semifinal Bound: No. 1 Auburn defeats Stanford in NCAA Quarterfinals

CARLSBAD, Calif. – The top-seeded Auburn Men’s Golf team moved one step closer to the ultimate prize Tuesday with a 3-1-1 victory over No. 15 Stanford in the NCAA Quarterfinals at the Omni LaCosta Champions Course. Freshman Logan Reilly buried a long putt on the 8th hole to clinch his match, 2&1, and secure the victory for the No. 1 Tigers. Reilly, Jake Albert and Josiah Gilbert were responsible for Auburn’s three wins in match play.
