Vikings Put on Great Efforts in Four-Set Loss at Concord

CONCORD, WV - The Elizabeth City State Vikings (2-6) put on a strong offensive showing, but the team could not get the stops that they needed in a hard-fought four-set loss to the Concord Mountain Lions (5-6). The Vikings finished the match with an impressive 45 kills in the 22-25, 16-25, 25-23, and 24-26 loss. The Vikings did not take the loss meekly as the team put on a terrific offensive effort.
