RiverHawks Shut Out by Gorillas

TAHLEQUAH, Okla. – Northeastern State women's soccer was unable to crack the scoreboard Friday, falling 1-0 to Pittsburg State at DeLoache Field. The Gorillas scored the only goal of the match in the 21st minute when Danae Hobson finished off an assist from Piper Hughes. Northeastern State created three shots on goal, but Pittsburg State goalkeeper Jocelyn Kramar stopped all three attempts to preserve the shutout. The RiverHawks goalkeeper Juliette Langlet kept NSU within striking distance throughout the match, making 10 saves on 11 shots on target by the Gorillas.
