Court Unseals Memo on Raiders’ Disparaging Remarks Against Brian Flores

Daniel Kaplan of Front Office Sports has obtained a memo from the search firm Korn Ferry that the court unsealed as part of Vikings DC Brian Flores‘ racial discrimination lawsuit against the NFL and six teams. The memo was provided to the Raiders during one of their recent coaching searches. It contains racially tinged language that Flores’ lawyers are holding up as proof of his claims.
