Bruce Brown trade rumors heating up; 5 potential landing spots
TORONTO (BVM) – Bruce Brown was a crucial piece of the Denver Nuggets’ NBA championship just over seven months ago. However, a lot has changed since then, beginning with Brown signing a two-year, $45 million contract with the Indiana Pacers this past offseason.
Brown was solid for the Pacers through the first half of the 2023-24 NBA season as he averaged 12.1 points, 4.7 rebounds and three assists for a team squarely in the playoff mix in the Eastern Conference. But in mid-January, he was dealt to the Toronto Raptors as a part of the deal that sent Pascal Siakam to Indiana.

The 6-foot-4 guard has continued his consistent production on both ends of the floor thus far in Toronto, but with the Raptors in rebuild mode and unlikely to make the playoffs, it’s possible the team looks to deal Brown to a contender in exchange for draft picks or some young players.
Rumors have already begun to swirl regarding Brown’s future as Marc Stein recently reported that a couple of teams already have interest in the talented guard, with the Raptors seeking “a future first-round pick and a quality player” in return.
With the NBA trade deadline just a couple of weeks away on Feb. 8, the interest around Brown should only continue to heat up going forward. Here are five potential landing spots for Brown if he is dealt.
