Davis Named USTFCCCA Division II Athlete of the Week

NEW ORLEANS — Pittsburg State University junior pole vaulter Kyla Davis was named the NCAA Division II Athlete of the Week for women's outdoor track & field by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Monday (Apr. 22). In front of a home crowd Saturday (Apr. 20) at the PSU Tune-Up Meet, Kyla Davis went out and jumped 4.39m (14-3¾), otherwise known as the ninth highest mark in Division II history.
