Sooner women deliver record-breaking performance in improving to 3-0 on season
The ninth-ranked Oklahoma women's basketball team is off too another fast start in 2024-25, earning its third win of the season in record-setting fashion with a 122-56 home win on Wednesday over Western Carolina. The 122-point performance set a new program record, eclipsing the previous high-water mark of 121 achieved twice, in 2007 and 1990. The Sooners' 66-point victory margin is also the largest under four-year head coach Jennie Baranczyk and the fifth largest in Sooners' women's basketball history.
