Sophomore women’s ice hockey goalie Molly Goergen (Eden Prairie, MN/Eden Prairie H.S.) and senior men’s ice hockey goalie Luca Durante (Brampton, ON/Aurora Tigers) have been named the SUNY Cortland Athletes of the Week for the week ending Jan. 29.
Men’s Lacrosse: Men’s Lacrosse Performs Annual Winter Break Community Service

The 2022-23 SUNY Cortland Men’s Lacrosse Community Service Week was a tremendous success. With 100 percent participation from the team, a great deal of good was done in the hometown communities of our student-athletes as each completed a minimum of 10 hours service.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Cortland women’s indoor track and field team finished eighth in the team standings and combined with Geneseo to give the SUNYAC a second place two-team finish at the Nazareth College Conference Challenge Cup.
Women’s Swimming and Diving, Men’s Swimming and Diving, Swimming and Diving: Cortland Men and Women Defeat Oneonta on Senior Day

CORTLAND, N.Y. – The Cortland swimming and diving teams celebrated Senior Day with dual-meet victories over visiting Oneonta. The Cortland women earned a 187-97 victory, while the Red Dragon men won 182.5-79.5.
Men’s Basketball: Lubin Nets Career-High 31 Points as Red Dragons Defeat Plattsburgh, 89-71

CORTLAND, N.Y. – Kareem Lubin (Monroe/Washingtonville) scored 27 of his career-high 31 points in the second half as Cortland pulled away for an 89-71 victory over visiting Plattsburgh in SUNYAC men’s basketball action.
