10. Justin Hunter, WR, Ocean Lakes
Hunter was one of the best players to come out of a Virginia Beach high school when he left Ocean Lakes. The No. 1 recruit in the state and No. 5 wide receiver in the entire Class of 2010, Hunter joined the program at the University of Tennessee where he would play three seasons racking up 106 catches for 1,812 receiving yards and 18 receiving touchdowns. Following his time with the Volunteers, Hunter was drafted by the Tennessee Titans with the No. 34 overall pick in the second round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He played three seasons with the Titans and finished his NFL career playing in 60 games with 19 starts catching 85 passes for 1,349 yards and 13 touchdowns over seven seasons with four teams.
