9. EJ Manuel, QB, Bayside

Another high school star, Manuel excelled during his career at Bayside helping him earn a five-star recruiting ranking where he was also listed as the top player in Virginia. The signal-caller chose Florida State University where he had a legendary career. Manuel led the Seminoles to a 25-6 record as a starter and is FSU’s all-time leader in completion percentage. Manuel was selected by the Buffalo Bills with the No. 16 overall pick in the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft. Unfortunately, things wouldn’t go great for Manuel in the NFL as he played in just 30 games with 18 starts. He finished his career with a 6-12 record throwing for 3,767 yards, 20 touchdowns and 16 interceptions while rushing for 339 yards and four touchdowns over five NFL seasons, four with the Bills and one with the Oakland Raiders.
