Top 10 Texas RBs for 2022 HS football season
9. Tre Wisner, Sr., DeSoto
Tre Wisner is a part of a DeSoto High School football team that is loaded with talent. Wisner is a four-star University of Texas commit who transferred to the Eagles after spending his first three season playing for Waco Connally. The 5-foot-11, 180 pound running back had 909 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns to go along with 241 receiving yards and another touchdown. He is a multi-purpose back that is effective the run and passing game. He was a District 9-4A-II Co-Offensive MVP last season and a District 9-4A-II Co-Offensive Newcomer of the Year. His shiftiness and speed gives DeSoto another weapon on an offense that also includes five-star wide receiver Johntay Cook II who is also committed to Texas.
#Texas is getting a do-it-all back with Tre Wisner (@1waytreway). The vision, cutting ability and breakaway speed are part of what makes him such a talented RB.
