Honorable mention: Leon Washington (2006-14)

While Washington was previously tied with Patterson and Cleveland Browns’ standout Josh Cribbs for the most kickoff return touchdowns in NFL history, he fails to make the list due to his ability mostly being exclusively featured on kickoffs. With eight kickoff return touchdowns, Washington was certainly among the best at that form of return, however, his 1,793 punt return yards rank outside of the top 50 all time and he never scored a punt return touchdown in his eight-year career.
