Top 10 all-time Game 7 winning performances in NBA history
8. Kawhi Leonard, 2019 Eastern Conference semifinals, 41 points vs. the Philadelphia 76ers
In his one and only season in Toronto, Leonard led the Raptors to their first-ever NBA championship and Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals was a pivotal moment in that title run. Leonard scored 41 points at home and with the game tied late in the fourth quarter, he hit a buzzer-beater, fade away jump shot on the baseline to win the game. It was the first–ever game–winning buzzer-beater in a Game 7 in NBA history and gave Leonard his second 40-plus point game in the series. Toronto then faced the Milwaukee Bucks in the Eastern Conference Finals before beating the Warriors in the NBA Finals.
The first Game 7 buzzer-beater in NBA history made this all possible.
