Top 10 hitters in the 2023 NCAA D-I softball tournament

9. Tiare Jennings, 2B, Oklahoma

One of the top hitters for the nation’s top team, Jennings has impressed throughout her third year with the Sooners. After an impressive WCWS performance last season where she set records for RBIs (15) and home runs (5), Jennings picked up where she left off this season slashing .429/.503/.762 with 63 hits, 12 home runs and 53 RBIs.

As a top performer in the tournament a year ago, expectations will be high once again for Jennings this year as Oklahoma looks to maintain its 43-game winning streak. Given Jennings’ strong hitting record, expect the second baseman to once again stand out amongst a loaded Sooners squad.
