Taryn Kern enters transfer portal; 5 landing spots for star 

2. UCLA

Another California-based program that could use a boost is UCLA. After heading into the NCAA Tournament with the No. 2 overall seed, the Bruins were unceremoniously bounced from the event, losing its first two postseason games.

Given the team’s unfortunate end to the season, perhaps UCLA will look for some help in the portal and Kern could be an amazing option. With star shortstop Maya Brady set to return for her redshirt senior season, Kern could man the second base position which would make for an intimidating duo in the middle for the Bruins.
