1. Percy Harvin – 0.9990
The highest-rated Virginia football player of the 21st century also happens to be the most accomplished. Harvin was nothing short of a superstar for Landstown High School as he finished his career with 77 total touchdowns including 33 as a senior. As a consensus five-star recruit, Harvin committed to the powerhouse University of Florida.
At Florida, Harvin continued his excellence. The all-purpose weapon finished his career with 133 catches for 1,929 yards and 13 receiving touchdowns as well as 1,852 yards and 19 scores on the ground over three seasons with the Gators. Harvin was then selected No. 22 overall in the first round of the 2009 NFL Draft by the Minnesota Vikings.
Over the course of his eight-year career, Harvin struggled with injuries. He finished his career with 9,080 all-purpose yards and 32 touchdowns as he excelled as a receiver, runner and return man winning offensive rookie of the year, being named to the 2009 Pro Bowl and winning the Super Bowl with the Seattle Seahawks in 2013.
