Top 10 all-time leading passers in Utah HS football
3. Cammon Cooper, Lehi (2014-17)
Cooper’s entire career at Lehi High School will always be remembered, but what stood out most is the incredible senior season that he had for the Pioneers which saw him earn the state Gatorade Player of the Year award and UHSAA Class 5A Mr. Football honors. Cooper posted what at the time were state-bests with 4,726 passing yards and 58 passing touchdowns in 2017. Cooper also holds state records for completions in a single game (45), season (331) and career (876), as well as passing yards (648) and passing touchdowns (10) in a single game.
In addition to his 11,372 career passing yards, the 6-foot-5 signal-caller is also third in Utah history in career passing touchdowns with 118. A four-star quarterback coming out of Lehi, Cooper went on to spend four seasons at Washington State, seeing action in just six games. In 2022, Cooper transferred to Hawaii where he again saw minimal action, and will close out his college career in 2023 at Southeastern Louisiana.
