4. Jon Scheyer, Glenbrook North  (2002-06)

Scheyer is a name that many will remember. He seized the state’s Mr. Basketball award in 2006. The 6-foot-5 standout cleared 3,000 career points, finishing with 3,034 in his high school career before starring at Duke University where helped the Blue Devils capture a national title in 2010. The 6-foot-5 standout also slots sixth all-time in assists and seventh in steals for Illinois high schoolers. Scheyer is now the head coach at Duke.
