3. Jamie Brandon, Chicago King (1987-90)
Brandon won the 1990 Mr. Basketball of Illinois trophy. Yet his impact goes far beyond that. He took his team to three Chicago Public League titles. Brandon would close his brilliant high school career with 3,157 points. He would continue his basketball career at LSU. Brandon even bagged a 1993-94 All-SEC third team award.
