5. Jeremy Nelson, Parry McCluer (2013-16)

After spending three record-breaking seasons at Auburn High School, Nelson transferred to Parry McCluer prior to his senior season with 5,770 yards under his belt. As a senior, Nelson rushed for an additional 1,641 yards for the Fighting Blues while earning a spot on the state’s career rushing yards leaderboard.

Nelson joined the team for Division II Concord University in 2017. After redshirting as a freshman, Nelson switched positions to defensive line for his sophomore year where he played 10 games recording 23 tackles and 1.5 tackles for a loss.
