Ranking each ACC football quarterback for the 2023 season

13 .Tony Muskett, Virginia
Jay Woolfolk and Musket were set to compete for the starting job, but Woolfolk announced that he would be pursuing a baseball career, opening the door for Muskett to win the starting job.
Muskett is a transfer from Monmouth where he passed for 5,687 yards, 51 TDs, had 16 interceptions and was a two-time first-team All-Big South honoree. Now he’s back in the Commonwealth and will face stiffer competition in a Power 5 conference but will look to lead Virginia back to the ACC title game for the first time since 2019.
