Top 10 Texas girls basketball players in Class of 2024
5. Rian Forestier, G, Brandeis
Another elite guard, Forestier established herself as a top scoring threat in the state her junior year as she averaged 24.8 points, 12.5 rebounds, 6.2 steals, 5.4 assists and 3.8 blocks for her 20-11 Broncos. This helped the 5-foot-11 guard to earn District 28-6A MVP and Class 6A all-state honors.
Forestier is considered one of the best players in the state and the country by scouts as she is ranked as high as the No. 5 player in Texas and No. 51 player overall by ESPN. Her success on the court helped her to earn numerous D-I offers from the likes of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida and Oregon, but she committed to USC on April 20.
