Top 10 Pennsylvania boys basketball players in Class of 2024
10. Macon Emory, F, Perkiomen
Emory comes from a basketball family and continues to carry on that legacy. Both of Emory’s parents played in college at William & Mary, while Emory’s older brother, Houston, currently plays at Delaware. Macon began his high school career at the JV level with Conestoga, but transferred to play with Houston at Blue Ridge in Virginia where the brothers won two state championships together. Last season, Macon returned to Pennsylvania and had a nice year with Perkiomen, averaging nine points and six rebounds while shooting 36% from 3-point range. Macon was named an all-state performer thanks to his effective offensive game and strong presence on defense, helping the Panthers to their first PAISAA title. More success should be in store for the 6-foot-8 forward as a senior before he reunites with his brother at Delaware next year.
