TNXL Academy-Premier has struggled as of late, but Cisneros has still shined through. With a six-pitch mix, he’s one of the most versatile pitchers in his class. The Central Florida commit boasts a fastball that tops out at around 91 mph with an 88 mph two-seamer to keep hitters off-balance. Cisneros played in the Canadian Pacific Baseball League and was a member of the Canadian Junior National Team before taking his talent to TNXL Academy where he has honed his mechanics into a repeatable motion, allowing him to disguise his off-speed pitches and leaving hitters guessing.
