Justin Fields on the move?: 5 landing spots if QB is traded

Much like Denver, Las Vegas also finds itself in a quarterback conundrum. The Raiders are set to move on from last year’s starter Jimmy Garapollo after he underperformed during his first season with the team. But, with the No. 13 overall pick in the draft, they too are a bit too low to select one of the top quarterback prospects. Las Vegas does have some things that Denver does not however and that’s Fields connections and draft compensation.

This offseason, the Raiders hired former Bears offensive coordinator Luke Getsy who coached Fields over the past couple of seasons. They also have Champ Kelly serving as assistant general manager who was part of the Chicago front office when he was drafted by the team in 2021. Add the fact that Las Vegas has each of its seven picks in both this year’s draft and next year’s draft and they have the ammunition to make a move. However, this may not be a move that’s “doing right by Justin” as he didn’t do his best under Getsy at all times and that may sour the deal from the Bears’ perspective.
