4. Pablo López, Minnesota Twins
López was considered a promising pitcher early in his career and finally had a breakout year in 2023, his first season with the Twins. López struck out 234 batters and walked just 48 with a 3.66 ERA in 194 innings. He earned his first All-Star selection and finished seventh in the AL Cy Young Award race. If he continues to improve, he has the chance to be the first Twin to win the award since Johan Santana in 2006.
