Laine presents a buy-low option who could potentially transform Anaheim if he finds his form again.

John Gibson has been involved in trade rumors for years, but maybe this is finally the opportunity to move him. The 30-year-old American goalie was once one of the biggest prospects at his position, and after some years of success, his career has waned. Gibson’s .888% save percentage in 2023-24 was the worst of his career and he is still owed $19.2 million over the next three years. A change of scenery could only help him at this point.
