Kailey Wyckoff transferring: 5 possible landing spots
Texas A&M Aggies
Wyckoff is from Katy, Texas and transferring to College Station would allow her to be just over an hour away from home. Texas A&M isn’t quite in the same conversation as other nearby schools that could be in play to land Wyckoff like Texas and Oklahoma, but the Aggies’ recent success shouldn’t be overlooked. Texas A&M has reached the NCAA tournament in every season since 2001 and just made its first super regionals appearance since 2018 this past season as a 44-win, top-10 team in the country. The Aggies will lose some talent from that squad this offseason though, including catcher Julia Cottrill and talented hitters Trinity Cannon and Jazmine Hill. That could make Wyckoff a prime target for Trisha Ford who would form a nice tandem with junior standout Koko Wooley.
