Ricky Council IV, Philadelphia 76ers

Council IV was one of the more notable players to go undrafted in 2023 before signing a two-way contract with the 76ers. The former Arkansas Razorbacks standout carved out a minor role in Philly, playing in 32 games as he went back and forth between the NBA and the G-League. The 22-year-old has shown flashes of developing into a consistent NBA contributor, and that continued in Las Vegas as he averaged 18.8 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists. Council IV’s shooting efficiency still needs to improve, but the 6-foot-6, 207-pound guard could be a valuable 3-and-D wing if it does as he again showcased his strong defensive talent in Vegas with 2.3 steals per contest. Council IV has plenty of athleticism that should allow him to stick in the league for a while and he is signed on a standard contract in Philly through 2027.
