Trey Alexander, Denver Nuggets

Alexander proved to have exceptional scoring and shot-making ability during his time at Creighton, but he still went undrafted in June. He latched on with the 2023 NBA champion Denver Nuggets shortly after the draft on a two-way contract and looked worthy of a roster spot during summer league play. Alexander played five games overall for Denver in Las Vegas, averaging 17.2 points, 5.8 rebounds and 2.8 assists while shooting 52% from the field and an even more impressive 47.8% from beyond the arc. The 6-foot-3, 190-pound guard had 18 points or more in his final four games in Las Vegas and has proven he may be capable of latching on permanently in Denver as a productive scorer off the bench.
