Top 10 Illinois RBs for 2024 high school football season
10. Hudson Ault, Sr., Prairie Central
Ault has been an integral part of the Prairie Central offense in recent years and he will again be the focal point of the Hawks’ attack in 2024. As just a sophomore, the 5-foot-11, 175-pound back proved his potential as he racked up 682 yards and 13 touchdowns while averaging 13.6 yards per carry in a split backfield. Ault took over as Prairie Central’s unquestioned No. 1 back last season and thrived, rushing for 1,672 yards and 22 touchdowns for the 6-5 Hawks while averaging 8.8 yards per carry as an honorable mention all-state performer. Ault, who is also a track athlete at Prairie Central, should make a big impact on the gridiron once again for the Hawks this season as he returns from a foot injury.
Hudson Ault spent the summer in a boot with a foot injury, but he's back and ready to lead the Hawks back to success.https://t.co/EZHjXKoalr
