J.J. Peterka, Buffalo Sabres

Peterka is one of the most obvious young players across the league to have a jump in production. The 22-year-old is coming off a 28-goal, 50-point season, and with more experience, he is a candidate to reach 40 goals. Peterka is likely to slot in on Buffalo’s top line with Tage Thompson and Alex Tuch. The Sabres are looking to snap a 13-year playoff drought, and Peterka could be a big piece in doing so.
